I'm looking forward to welcoming you to our beautiful home of Ince Benet on 4th January - 5th January 2025.

 

This will be a special opportunity to quieten the mind and restore balance to your nervous system.

This is the perfect time to turn the gaze inwards we begin to start a journey of retreat and self renewal in the winter months

Take a moment to give thanks to yourself for investing in this bespoke nourishing journey of stillness and peace.

The investment for this experience is £345 per person

What to pack

To feel as relaxed and comfortable during our time together, here is a helpful list of suggested items to pack:

Warm comfortable clothing for 2 days

Journal

Walking boots 

Flip flops / Slippers 

Camping chair 

Towel (x2)

Swimming costume 

Waterproof jacket 


Toiletries

Any regular prescription medication (please let me know pre-retreat)

A key part of our retreat is digitally detoxing for the weekend. We will be surrendering our phones into a safe storage unit upon arrival until departure.

Please make sure any important messages or calls are finalised before you enter the grounds of Ince Benet, and any dependables are given the emergency contact details.

13:00 PM - Lunch - Homemade Organic Beetroot Soup & Bread)

14:30 PM - Relaxation - (Sauna, Ice bath, forest bathing, private self reflection)

17:00 PM - Guided practice

18:00 PM - Tea (Homemade Scouse)

19:30 PM - Fire gazing / intention setting

21:00 PM - Sleep

21:30 PM - Lights out​​
